MOTAT- Museum of Transport and Technology

Motat is New Zealands largest transport and technology museum.  Motat is sure to take you on an interactive journey through many of the technilogical aspects that have helped to shape New Zealand.

There is 40 acres in the ground of MOTAT and is built on a site that once pumped water drawn from Western Springs Lake to early Auckland homes and businesses. There are over 3000 items in the museum and they are organised accordingly.
